I brought my Mini Cooper Countryman for the first time to Verrazano Motorworks today. The service was an oil change and tire rotation. It was done within an hour. Excellent service and communication. Luigi gave me tips about the car. Pricing is reasonable and better than the BMW dealership. I recommend Verrazano Motorworks. TIP: You need an appointment. This also helps get parts before your appointment. 👍👍👍👍

Luigi and his expert team are the only people that I trust to maintain my car (‘12 535xi). I bought the car with 80k miles, and it now has 190k! It still runs and drives smoothly. I have taken this car from NY to California and back multiple times with zero issues thanks to their help.
View on GoogleThey fixed an oil leak I had on my BMW. I originally got an oil change at a BP gas station, and the valve screw was overtightened and stripped, which caused a slow leak. The team at Verrazano Motorworks quickly identified the issue and replaced the stripped screw properly. When you’re dealing with a BMW, take your car to people who actually know these vehicles, it saves you a lot of headaches. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and charge a fair price for quality work. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleHey you all- I recently (2023) moved into Staten Island, I needed extra storage. I found stop and store and notice this shop as a place that worked on BMWs.. So when I was having an issue with my 5series I call to make an appointment to have car looked at as it was no longer on warranty. Whomever answered told me to just come by anytime, so I did. The office was very unorganized, people in and out carrying on. Quite off-putting but, I needed to know what was up with my car.I sat patiently waiting to be knowledged.. When I was it was could I please move me car and they would be right with me . Approx 25 later they took my car into the shop. Ran a diagnose and told me something was off with engine that it was miss firing...I asked how long it would take to fix and how much(I think reasonable questions if they specialize in BMWs. The older guy (jumpy) told me come Friday they would need a few days to have it fixed correctly and quoted me 3300. So I went on Friday morning and have my BF pick me up. What I nightmare- I didn't know people were so disqualified, irrational and aggressive. At least that's how I was treated on Monday at 4PM when I arrived to see how car was doing- I guess when you haven't started the work the beat offense is defense.. Why was I made to bring car on Friday if they weren't open on weekends? So all of Sat and Sunday I had no car while mine just sat. In the end they "fixed" supposedly a bunch of things... They gave me a copy of the computer reports and my bill was over 5K. I went almost a week w(o a car and they car was back in the shop 2months later. BMW told me that you can not use aftermarket parts. Of course I was stick to hear they used aftermarket parts.. My whole experience was terrible.. They fix nothing, overcharged me, got my interior dirty, left my car outside in a bad area all weekend and combative when questioning there work.. Bottom line- If you own a BMW go to BMW because it will get fix right. This place ain't saving anyone money- If anything they probably take something that's working out of your car and selling to someone else so as to see you back in another month or two. Because it pure chaos...I bunch of tuff guys justifying that sub par work. Your vehicle is very personal and if your anything like me you keep it meticulous.. GoToBMW dealer.....
View on GoogleHighly recommended shop if you have bmws. Owner and his team are very knowledgeable and they knew how to repair the issues with my 2006 330xi. They were a bit busy but repaired mine while i was waiting. I have been looking for a shop for my bimmers since I moved to SI and this place seems to be the one.
