5/5 Stars – Top-Notch, Honest, and Fast! I had an incredible experience at Vernon Auto Repair. Ali and Ahmed provided top-class service replacing front and rear brake pads at a reasonable price. They recommended the best parts for my car with zero scams or hidden fees—all expenses were communicated clearly upfront. Ahmed also explained how the entire braking works and he even went extra mile by checking my AC blower motor and swapping it with a new one I had, free of charge! The entire process was done right in front of me, and I was out the door in just 90 minutes. Ali also got me coffee since they asked me to be there early morning 8am. These guys are super sweet, efficient, and professionals. If you want reasonable, efficient, fast service, reliable and honest customer service, this is the place. Definitely my go-to shop from now on!

The best mechanic in Queens. Same day in same day out. They only fix what is needed. Very good guys. Great prices and go out of their way to make sure you understand what is wrong with your car before fixing. I've gotten my transmission mount, left axel, oil change and control arms fixed. When my axel broke the mechanic help push my car into the shop very helpful. Sometimes I drive 1 hour and 40 minutes just to recieve fast service.

Trust me, this one is the best auto repair. The staff here is soooooo nice!

I have never done a review, so please bear with me. 😅 To start Ali and Arfin have been a pleasure to see! I called around 9am to see if they can take a look at my car since it kept jolting and I told them it could be the transmission or spark plugs. (YouTube videos lol) They told me not to worry and to bring it in. Once there they were so supportive and attentive to all my concerns and questions that I had. They went above and beyond making sure everything was great! They did a test drive, double checked and even checking even with me each step they did. Their customer service is one of a kind and so is their work! Fast and reliable!! If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, come here! My car is running smoothly again and it’s thanks them!! They have a customer for life! Thank you guys again!!
