My first time at this shop, these guys only speak 2 languages, Cash and Spanish. Friendly guys, fast service and affordable. I was considering 4 stars for a few reasons, I had a loose bolt on my clutch pedal plate assembly, when they tightened it, it was too tight, I got stuck between 1st and N, from the Bronx into Manhattan, I got on the highway and over the bridge safely, stopped the bike tried adjusting the hand lever, and the dials on the cable, didn’t work. So I went and had a beer, thought about it, and realized they must have over tightened something, 1trip up the big ass hill in Washington heights, got the wrong size Allen, walked back AGAIN, this time in the rain, got the right Allen keep, backed off that main bolt slightly, and it shifted, but now my dials need readjusted. I’m a lil annoyed that they stripped the caliper bolts Out so much, the walls are probably too thin for anything but drill out now. And I didn’t have the time to wait for more hardware. I’m also annoyed they didn’t have a matching front tire, didn’t change my brake fluid, and there were children hanging around the shop, not cool either. If your in a pinch or can’t reach your regular mechanic like me, I would recommend you start here for repairs. Despite the fact that my first experience was not perfect, these guys still get 5stars. ***Update*** after riding , my chain and sprocket were not lined up properly. This shop cost me a chain and sprocket, after riding I checked it out, and was just shocked that my sprocket was missing a tooth, and my chain was barely hanging on.

Very fast job with inspection and tail light installation. Also recently did a new chain job and this is the second mechanic I went to for a new chain and this was better. And as an added oiled up the clutch, fixed tire pressure, and mirrors. Basically walked out with a new bike.highly recommend

Very respectful and professional group of mechanics working at the shop as well very hopeful. Had a messed up engine in my R6 and give me an honest estimate cost for it and helped me knowing the condition of Covid. Highly recommended, I've called other places and there offers are a bit more or less depending on your situation but your sure to get quality worked on and a honest report for your bike.

I’ve been going here for all my Motorcycle repairs for over 4 years VENTIBIKE is the Best !!! Pedro the owner is hands on always on the premise working and providing his many years of experience. He is a master tech and there is no problem he can’t solve. Prices are very fair
