I have been using this car wash for years. Today, May 15, 2026, I went to this car wash as usual. Everything went as expected at first, they washed the car with no problem. Until I went to drive away, my brand new Nissan SUV started smoking from the hood. When this happens, it's not good. I doubled back to the car wash and none of the employees that I had just tipped helped me. They didn't want to answer any questions or get a manager to help. Don't patronise this business. If you run into a problem after they had your car in their car. They will not help you.

This was the worst car wash experience I've ever had. The quality was absolutely terrible-my car is still covered in dirt. I would never come back, and I wouldn't even recommend it if it were free. Avoid this place at all costs!"

The worst Car Wash ever. They charge you for the service They don’t provide, Behavior is Extremely rude and becomes hostile, If you point out That cleanliness was not done according to the amount was charged as advertised. Stuff behavior was like they are gang members, Attitude is like , You’re lucky that car was even Rinsed, That We just didn’t make you go away, after taking the money. City really should look into this Car Wash. Felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened. Please be Cautious before going there.

In the past I only went to this car wash after visiting USA LUBE(previously named Triple J LUBE) for an oil change(see Triple J LUBE review). Today, I was in the neighborhood and was in need of a wash. There were alot of workers who seemed to be engaged in cleaning every vehicle but when it came to wiping it down(drying) I was a bit disappointed. At first I didn't understand why every owner who's vehicle was ahead mine grabbed a towel and began drying their vehicle. I purposefully waited until the workers walked away from my vehicle to attend another's and got the full picture. I too had to grab a towel and finish off the job because there was still water in the door jambs, trunk corners, fuel door, license plate area etc... The price I paid for the Super Extreme Shine was reasonable. The store was stocked, clean and the workers were friendly so I give this car wash 3 1/2 Stars.
