USA 1 Auto Shop has worked on all of my boyfriend’s cars, and they’ve done an amazing job every single time. The staff is incredibly sweet, honest, and professional. They really care about their customers and always provide great service at fair prices. You can tell they run a good business and take pride in their work. We wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else!

I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. When I brought my car in, I expected a professional and honest service. Instead, one of the employees started suggesting that I could make a false insurance claim to get repairs covered. That immediately made me uncomfortable and concerned — that’s not something any serious business should be doing. I believe in being honest and doing things the right way, so I decided to leave and take my car somewhere else. I want to warn others to be careful and always make sure they’re dealing with a trustworthy and transparent repair shop. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there — this place just isn’t one of them.
