I went to this tire shop because I had a worn-out front tires and needed a replacement. I also requested a wheel alignment at the same time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Within just one month of the supposed wheel alignment, my car started to feel unstable and wiggly while driving. I took it to another shop to get it checked, and they informed me that either the alignment was never done or it was done improperly. On top of that, the “new” tire they installed wore out extremely quickly. The side of the tire started deteriorating, and even the patch began coming off. I ended up having to replace that tire again on one side, which should not happen so soon. I also had another concerning experience with them. I went in with a small nail in one of my rear tires. Within five minutes, they told me the tire was completely unusable and needed replacement. The nail was very small and didn’t appear to cause significant damage. When I questioned them and asked if it could still be used, they admitted it could run but claimed it wouldn’t last more than a week. I chose to keep using that tire—and it has now been three to four months with no issues at all. Based on my experience, I feel this shop was either careless or not honest in their recommendations. I would not return, and if there were an option to give less than one star, I would.

I had a flat tire on my way home from work and found this shop nearby. Since it was an emergency, I went there hoping for quick and professional help. The staff was in a rush from the beginning. After checking the tire, they said it couldn’t be repaired and suggested either a used tire or a new one. The used option didn’t look safe, so I agreed to a “new” tire for $180. I asked for a small discount and was told cash would be $170. When I said I would pay by card, the attitude immediately changed. The employee became irritated, switched between Spanish and English in a frustrated tone, and walked away to help another customer. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I ended up going to a nearby bank to withdraw cash. When I returned with $170, they suddenly said the price was $180 again and denied offering the discount. After installation, I noticed the tire pressure was set to 50 PSI even though my car recommends 35 PSI. When I asked them to correct it, they adjusted it but seemed annoyed. Later, I realized the tire installed appears to be a very low-cost brand that typically sells for much less than what I was charged. Overall, the pricing lacked transparency, the behavior was unprofessional, and the experience left me feeling taken advantage of during an emergency situation. I would recommend getting a clear written price and confirming everything upfront before agreeing to service.

Great experience with friendly staff here. I called in advance to see if they could patch my tire that was leaking air. Came in and job was done in less than 10 minutes. Price was exactly as informed during the call. All smooth sailing, and I will definitely come back in the future for more work on my car tires! Thank you!
