US 3 Auto Repair

Terrible service. I took my van to this shop to fix my AC compressor and instead they messed up the heating system altogether. I can't drive the van without it overheating. I took it back to the shop, instead of fixing it right away, the car was parked in the street for 5days. I ended up taking the car off the street as is and now shopping for a better shop. They never even apologized and pretended as if it couldn't have been their mistake. The father was very professional when running that shop, I thought the son would be the same. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. I’ve know this guy for so many years and every time he came to my shop I would give him the items basically free because of the discount. A item cost $65 he charged me $130, another item $15 he charged me $95 and labor is $300. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!

The worst management ever. Went with my own catalytic converter and got charged $300 just for installing it and they put it backwards. Had to go somewhere else and pay again for their f up. I would never recommend them for even a flat tire! They are the worst!!!!!

Disconnected $1000 dollars Vip alarm system with GPS, never told me they were going to do that. Alarm system and Remote missing. Never fix starting problem. Disconnected back up camera and my radio OB2 reader for what? Vehicle PCM not fastener back down. Wanted $1000 dollars for fixing nothing. Kept vehicle for 3 months collecting dust. Learn horrible lessons.
