Got their unltd car wash pkg and i think its so worth it! U get to pick what kind of wash you want and pay monthly with a CC. Ive been here twice and it’s great! Exterior cleaning only. Vacuum self service stations are available right outside. They also gift you 2 microfiber towels when u sign up for monthly membership! The guys who helped me at the machine were nice both times!

Urban Xpress Wash is hands down the best price for unlimited washes. The place is easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wash itself is fast but extremely thorough—my car came out looking brand-new, inside and out. I also love how efficient the process is; you’re in and out without ever feeling rushed. And free vacuuming!

I paid for the medium package. Which I understand isn’t everything but I thought it came with a clean car. its as if the water didn’t even touch the back half of my car. Wish I noticed before I got home but reading other reviews I’m sure the owner wouldn’t have refunded or let me go through again.

Every time I have gone, they used a huge amount of soap and the car comes out great. This time there was hardly any soap and the car was still dirty when it came out. The price went up another dollar too. I'll give them one more try, but if it happens again, it'll be a 1 star and a lost customer.

This car wash has the most amazing overall experience! The wash is great, the prices are great, the vacuums work better than the ones that I've paid for! I love how the car wash has one side to drive your tire into versus one on each side. I've had negative experiences with the common two side tire entery car wash with my tire getting stuck and the car losing control. I am extremely happy! And after a year of membership, they are still providing excellent service!
