⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Universal Collisions. I’m very happy with their work. They did an excellent job on my vehicle and were professional, responsible, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and reliable results.

I’m still in awe in the best possible way. I’ve been a NYC driver for over 20 years and have had a fair share of accidents resulting in repair work. Never have I had a perfectly seamless and FAST EXPERIENCE. But here? It was exceptionally professional, clear and direct regarding pricing and payment, and they communicated efficiently with the insurance company. Frank and Lisa are wonderful people - friendly, helpful and truly good at what they do- servicing people in a high quality and swift manner. I dropped my car off on Monday and I picked it up on Tuesday for bumper replacement and a paint job. This was made possible because they COMMUNICATED in advance and gave me the option to drop my driveable car off when they received the replacement part. I so appreciate this. Plus they have a great relationship with Enterprise and it was warm handoffs all around. Got my car back in time for the holiday. I’m so impressed and grateful. Thank you for not taking advantage of me and doing great work. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

My car was hit while parked, and my insurance company recommended this shop. I’d heard of them but never used them before. Even when my insurance made things a nightmare, this place went above and beyond to do right by my car. For anyone who knows me, you know I take care of my car down to the smallest detail—and they matched that level of care. Special thanks to John and Lisa for staying professional and honest with me the entire time. If you want a body shop that truly cares, this is it. You’ve seen their tow trucks, you know the logo—and now I know the quality behind it. They guarantee satisfaction and work on everything from luxury rides to old school classics. Too many shops are out to take your money or cause damage to make more of it. This is not one of them. I honestly don’t think any other shop would have done what they did for me. They’ve earned my full respect—and my future business. Thank you again.

I was taken care of by Lissa, who worked directly with the insurance company and made everything seamless for me. Her customer service is amazing, and she went above and beyond. The quality of their work is outstanding. They returned my car looking brand new. I highly recommend this shop.
