I have bringing my car(s) here for years. They are always honest and affordable. It is hard to find a trustworthy shop with straight shooters. All the mechanics are very nice and have no problem showing and explaining any issues. I have recommended them to everyone.

Those guys are the best! I've been dealing with Universal for more than a 20 yrs. I have always had satisfactory results. Jimmy and George are the best and most Honest people I have ever dealt with. They will always give it to you straight. And their work is 100% the best in my opinion. I don't let anyone else touch my vehicles. No even the dealership. Unless it's under warranty. Other than that I don't trust dealerships. I highly recommend Universal. You won't be disappointed. I promise.
