From start to finish, my experience at United was genuinely impressive. The check-in process was smooth, with two intake bays that made dropping off my vehicle quick and efficient. Courtney, my service advisor, immediately stood out for his professionalism and attentiveness. He took the time to thoroughly understand and document the symptoms I was experiencing and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I received my diagnosis the next business day, and Courtney was precise with his timelines, clearly setting expectations for when the repair would be completed. He remained available for updates, always returned my calls, and made the entire experience feel organized and stress-free. When I arrived for pickup, Courtney had my vehicle waiting at the front entrance. I also appreciated the level of transparency. United provides incredibly detailed invoices outlining the diagnostic steps taken, the findings that supported the final diagnosis, and the exact corrective actions performed. It’s the most thorough and easy-to-understand documentation I’ve seen from any mechanic shop. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Very disappointing experience overall. I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 in because the AC was not blowing cold air at all. Multiple mechanics previously told me the issue likely required dealer programming or electrical diagnosis, not a compressor replacement, but this shop confidently told me the compressor was the problem and guaranteed it would fix the issue. I prepaid the entire repair, including a core charge. After being told the truck was fixed, I paid for an Uber to pick it up only to find the AC was still doing the exact same thing before I even left the shop. A mechanic admitted it still wasn’t fixed. I then had to bring it back the next day after being told it would “only take an hour,” but it took over half the day and caused me to miss work and lose money. They also tried not to return my original compressor after charging me a core fee, and the manager was unprofessional throughout the process, even using Google in front of me to justify the diagnosis while claiming she had “30 years in the business.” On a previous visit, one of the employees repeatedly called me asking for a tip through Venmo after the job. One call would have already been inappropriate, but the repeated calls made the situation uncomfortable and felt more like harassment than a professional interaction. I also contacted corporate multiple times. I was told someone would contact me within days, but nobody ever did. When I called back a month later, I had to explain the entire situation all over again multiple times, and at one point they even transferred me directly back to the same person I was making the complaint about. In the end, I paid a large amount of money for a repair that did not fix the original issue and dealt with poor communication and unprofessional handling from both the shop and corporate.

Every time I drop off my husband's (Robert Robinson) car, it's always service with a smile! Millie always remembers my face and is very prompt with service we need. Courtney is very thorough in analyzing what we need, and the job always gets done in an efficient manner. I highly recommend them, and definitely give them 5 stars!!

One of the most important things is how a business treats you AFTER they have gotten your business. I am compelled to express how exceptional the service provided by Millie is, who is the service manager at the 111 58th street service center is. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. This is an unsolicited review, and those are the most authentic, as it means one is really satisfied, and I absolutely am. I won't take my Jeep Summit anywhere else, or buy another one from anyplace Millie isn't at. If you're looking for a place to have your Jeep serviced, trust, this is the spot!
