typical scum car dealer. We replaced our subaru wagon with a CR-V as we were about to have our second baby. The idea was that we wanted a car with no issues whatsoever. Tony was so helpful and promised he'd have the mechanics go through a checklist to make sure the car was perfectly serviced before we picked it up. Here's some of the things we've been finding out on our own in the past months: -Dirty oil -1 tire low on air and bad valve stem -filthy air filter -Bad compressor for AC -Transmission leak -No spare tire or donut (SURPRISE!) to top it all off, the 3 month "warranty" is a third party warranty that only covers things if you bring it to a participating shop. The 4 participating shops are in parts of NYC that you would not want to venture to and seek out a new trustworthy mechanic! Hate when stereotypes are true, it's quite sad!
