Apparently, these guys either don't know what they're doing or they were trying to take me for a fool. I took my vehicle in for a simple spark plug replacement, and after they had the car for four hours, I went to pick it up only to have them hand it back to me with a terrible vibration in the engine. I complained, pointing out that the vehicle wasn't like this when I dropped it off, but the older gentleman—with total arrogance—simply told me that "the doctor" had run a diagnostic and that I had to do whatever *he* said. Faced with that response—and with no solution provided for the problem *they* had caused—and after having already paid them $172, I had to go to another shop to get the issue resolved. The mechanics there hooked up a scanner and discovered a misfire in cylinder #3—a problem caused by the spark plug connector, which they had simply left loose. They simply lacked the attitude to take responsibility for a problem they themselves had created. Terrible service at this shop.

I’m sure they’re a great mechanic, but they leave their dog in the parking lot all day without a dog house or a bowl of water visible. I called to let them know that their dog is barking at nothing because it’s cold and they hung up on me. Obviously I’m not the first person to call about it.

Friendly staff made me feel like I was taken care of from the start. Faster than expected service (2 hours from the time I dropped off my car) and better than expected prices for oil change and other small repairs. Great to know this place is in the neighborhood, I'll definitely be back.

VERY VERY GOOD AUTO REPAIR SHOP! Danny has helped keep my 2006 BMW X5 4.8is on the road and alive today... He has fixed/repaired the entire braking system (Master Cylinder/Break Booster/etc) in addition to regular break service (PADS/ROTORS) at good prices that you just cannot find these days... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop - for all your auto needs. Danny is respectful, on-time, knows cars inside out, plus is good with the pricing.
