I took my car in for repairs after I was rear-ended. Scott and his team were helpful, did excellent work and got my car back to me quickly. If you need to have your car repaired, I highly recommend this shop. I’m not sure what other services they offer but I am confident that they provide all around quality work. My car was hit in a parking lot hit and run, two brothers was one of the body shops in Geico’s auto repair xpress program, and my uncle who has had previous experience with them recommended their work. I made an appointment with them through my insurance company, I was a bit early for my appointment, I was greeted by Glenn he explained what next steps were. Glenn asked if I had a rental or if I was being picked up, I let him know I had a reservation with the nearest rental company, and that they would be picking me up. He called them and had them come earlier. The communication was great with them, I had text updates for the status of my car and I could click a link that showed me progress. Scott called me on the third day of dropping the car off letting me know the car was ready! I could not get to his call and he left me a voicemail. On the voicemail he had mentioned that they would be there 30 minutes past closing if I wanted to pick up the car. By the time I could check my phone it was past business hours. Because it was the weekend I had to pick up the car today, the car looked spotless, Scott sent it again for a wash, “ I didn’t want you to take the car dusty” is what he said. He asked me if I looked at the car, I went to inspect and it looked like nothing had ever happened! This has to be the smoothest experience I have ever had car related.

Very poor quality work. Obvious that the trunk is not aligned right. We pointed this out when we went to pick the car up. After leaving it more time, still not right. How do you let such poor work leave your shop? Going to take car somewhere else to do it right.

Great service & excellent results. 2014 Honda Civic looks new again after repair on sideswiped passenger side.
