I have with my family bought 6 vehicles over a ten year span . I bought my last car in 2019 and yes I know it's 2022 now , but I was shopping for new insurance and they needed the bill of sale which thank God I have . AFTER looking at the retail contract agreement which is a white paper and the final pink bill of sale I realized a difference in the car price by $500 that was snuck in , and another $1000 for a GPS device which the finance Manger told me was free because I said I don't want to pay for something I won't use . I will never ever go here again nor recommend this place to anyone . Next car will be from Connecticut. And I will contact the BBB and see what my local attorney general says. P.S stay the hell away .

So they misplaced my wheel lock and now the only way to remove wheel without replacing wheel locks is to take it to them, because according to them they have a master key. So I asked the manager then why would rep ask me where is my wheel lock, he told me to find out if you still have it.

Not good. They dont fix anything here. I have 2 months with the AC not wirking in my bz4x

Great but their dealings are not straight, too many hidden fees/charges in their sales

Looking to upgrade my car but I didn't like the feel of this place and I've seen better
