⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Experience at Tower Auto Mall I went into Tower Auto Mall one day just to check out a rental, and ended up walking out with my own vehicle — something I didn’t expect at all. From the moment I stepped in, I felt appreciated, heard, and understood. Carlos was excellent. He worked with my situation patiently and acted as a true liaison between me and the owner to make the process smooth. The entire experience was quick and efficient, even in a busy environment. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful — respectful, attentive, and never pushy. Even when rentals weren’t available, one of the team members still went out to the garage to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. That meant a lot. As a new TLC driver just looking for an opportunity to excel in this industry, I felt supported and valued. I know there are mixed reviews out there, but my experience was nothing short of positive. Worst worst & worst ! They are simply killing drivers time ! No respect at all ! Every day drivers are coming waiting hours after hours & then saying no car ! Why they are not making it systematic way ! They can make a schedule for drivers or do something but not like this harassment way at all !

Since I walk into the parking I felt I was in the right place everyone in the office was very nice I feel like I got all the nice people today
