Went to their site for a simple lockout and battery service quote and got a call back within 30 minutes. Spoke to Tom who not only gave me a fair price but was able to arrive within the next hour to get my car open and jumpstarted in no time at all. Excellent and professional customer service. Tomas has been my mechanic for years. He is very knowledgeable and an expert with cars. Recently my car was completely totaled. He literally held my hand through the entire process. He took his time to discuss with me my options. He helped me in finding my new car. He literally well went above and beyond. He is so skilled. He also speaks six languages.

I found the shop on Google, the reviews and comments caught my attention. When arriving at the shop I was approached by the owner Tom. I explained what was happening to my car and what I thought the problem may be. He patiently listened to what I had to say and said, "let's take a ride." He hopped into the car with me and assessed the problem. I was impressed with the personal attention he gave me as the owner, instead of pushing the service to one of his employees. He took care of me himself. I was very impressed and the positive reviews did not dissapoint. I have a long trip ahead of me, he made sure the part would be available on time and the service would be done so that I did not have to delay my departure. Another satisfied customer!

Thomas and his team are great - this was probably the 5th time over the last 10 years when I brought my car for repaid (or my friends and family). As usual, honest, super excellent quality of job, fast and effective. My business is here to stay if I need it. Hopefully I won't. Strongly recomend!!
