Excellent service—very friendly and fast. I went on a Saturday, and although they were quite busy, they worked on my car remarkably quickly. I had all four tires replaced; they offer an endless variety of brands to choose from. Personally, I stopped by a few days in advance to speak with the manager and arrange exactly which brand and model I wanted. Additionally, you can ask them for recommendations based on your specific needs and preferences. I recommend them 100%!

Service provided by this shop is subpar. It is a beautiful shop don’t get me wrong, but you need to be careful. I’ve gone to this shop 3 different times and yesterday was the worst experience of them all. I came in for a mount and balance on two tires and I was told the price was now $90 dollars which I had previously paid $70 3 times before. When I made the gentleman aware of the price I’d paid previously he said someone must have given me a discount. I informed him that he was the one that helped me the last time and he’d charged me $70 every time for the mount and balance for two tires. When I provided a receipt for the previous transaction (December 2025) he said the receipt does not detail the service provided to me, however, this is all the paperwork they provide…it never details the services. Long story short I believe the guy was butt hurt because for my previous mount and balance he had tried to sell me two new tires for $360 and I denied. My word of advice for anyone that needs tires…purchase them at Walmart or a big box store and get the tires mounted and balanced at a shop you trust. You’ll likely end up paying close to half of what they guys charge you. I usually get a set of two for $130. And if they try to tell you the tires are manufactured in China, a majority of tires are manufactured in Asian countries LOL. That is not a valid reason to purchase tires through them and a significant price difference. Went to a different shop and provided excellent service there.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves every single star possible. Speed Auto USA completely exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. I came in with two tires in extremely bad condition and honestly thought the process was going to be stressful and expensive, but the team immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. They carefully inspected my vehicle, explained everything in detail, and gave me the best recommendations without trying to oversell me anything. You can immediately tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. What shocked me the most were the prices. I had already checked several other tire shops before coming here, and nobody could match the quality, professionalism, and pricing that Speed Auto USA offered. The prices were more than fair, and the service was honestly better than many luxury dealerships I’ve visited before. The entire process was fast, organized, and smooth. The workers were very friendly, hardworking, and experienced. The waiting area was comfortable, and you can see that this business runs with serious professionalism and attention to detail. They treated my car like it was their own. One thing I really appreciated was the honesty. Nowadays it’s hard to find businesses you can truly trust, especially in the automotive industry, but this shop gave me complete confidence. No pressure, no hidden charges, no games — just excellent service from beginning to end. If you need tires, alignment, brakes, rims, repairs, or honestly anything related to your vehicle, this is the place to go. On a Saturday evening we had a nail on the shoulder of one our tires and most places were already closed. We called Tire Shop & Wheels asked for the tire brand (Hankook) and size (215/55/16) and they had one in stock. We drove over and the crew immediately went to work to replace the tire for $65.00. Thank you for the great customer service.
