Tire Shop BK

Came in with a Ford Mach-E 2021 for a rear tire fix. The brother working there had a bad attitude before I got out of the car. He went to jack my car from the rear and I told him that he could only use one of the 4 dedicated lift points. He began to argue with me that he knows what he's doing. When I went to show him a picture of the lift points, he walked away and said he cannot do it. He said that I am trying to tell him something different than what he knows. Apparently he does not know that he cannot lift a Mach-e from the rear as it can damage the EV battery. He was absolutely awful. I have been here 3 times with 3 different cars, recommended people come here, and I never had this awful experience. I will never come here or recommend this place to anyone ever again.

Really great guy and great personality working there overnight..while every other shop was closed they was there to save the day. Some razor blade got caught up in the tire. My mans Abraham patched me up and got me back on the road in no time. DEF recommend them and will be coming here again for my late night emergencies.

I came in for [you can mention: a flat tire / new set of tires / wheel alignment, etc.] and they took care of it right away. Prices were very fair, and the quality of service was top-notch. You can tell they really care about their customers — they explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Definitely my go-to tire shop in Brooklyn now!
