This is the second time that I used this company since they reopened and I will never be back nor would I recommend this business to any one. In my first visit I left my car for services to be done. I had purchased a new rear window wiper. I left it for them to put it on for me since I was having services done. The manager at the time told me that one of my front wipers needed replacing and so I agreed. I was then informed that I had to buy two they don’t sell just one wiper. I refused. fifteen minutes before closing the manager called me to let me know I need to pick up my car. I informed him that I could not make it in fifteen minutes. He stated to me that he had to leave and could take my keys and I could call him to set up a place to meet for the keys which I refused. He then told me he was leaving my key with the auto body shop next door which he did. I called the next day when I realized that my wiper was not replaced and I was told they ran out of time. ( the car was there from 8 am until closing) so they put it in the back of the car. I said thanks and hung up!! 6 weeks later I popped my hood to replace my windshield fluid only to find my wiper under my hood next to the battery. I made a visit to the store again to buy new tires two months later, this time I asked them to replace all three wipers..I was charged for three.. a few weeks later I noticed that the same old broken wiper was still on the back of my car, I then drove into another auto body shop and inquired as to whether or not the front wipers were new. I was told that I had two different brand of wipers on and only one looked new. I have left messages without a call back for a refund for my wipers. Very unprofessional . I will NOT be returning.

We sent over a collision vehicle after we repaired it. Tire Pro handled the ADAS calibration of the front radar sensor, the steering rack, Steering angle sensor and the BSM (Blind spot monitor). The car still needed the front radar bracket, in which they ordered and installed it, saving me on labor and allowed my staff to stay focused on other work. This is a perfect shop to handle all of the post-collision repair services. The team is efficient and polite and the turn around time was extremely appreciated. GREAT WORK. KEEP IT UP!
