Shop ain’t the same. Them guys don’t really want to work. Poor quality, poor customer service. I had the short (S. Offender) dude tell me , “Come back tomorrow, i got to get on my back.” JUST RETIRE. TIRE SHOP ON 140th / ROCKAWAY WAY BETTER. THOSE GUYS OVER THERE ALWAYS WANT TO WORK !

Helped me out with a bent wheel on New Year’s Day. Great guys

No clarity on price. Located an issue, explained, offered repair, on Saturday was told would receive a call on Monday. No call. Called, left message, no return call. Called again No answer, only received answer when employee called. Told when to return, person doing the work not there wasn't expected to come in. Once employee Called was told to return in 2hrs. Returned and still had to wait. I was furious bcuz I couldn't get my inspection due to sensor light being lit. However $10 was taken off the additional charge. Good price on tires. Unfortunately I won't be back. Not sure of pricing or consistency of service as only one person can do everything if they're on premises.

They gave me a tire it popped after drivinga few blocks. He made me pay a little more to get another claiming that I popped it less than 5 minutes after getting their replacement. It's been a little over a month now and now the second tire popped. Do not buy tires from these scammers
