Looking for a great place to take care of your car? I drive a BMW 430i It's probably the worst thing to look for after buying a car. I came here as a recommendation from someone driving a new BMW. I felt confident that they would do right by me and have went above and beyond in doing so. Frank the owner, Carol who handles all the appointments and Johnathon the mechanic feel like neighborhood family and friends that take care of you and explain what is going on. I went for an oil change my first time and it was fast work. The second time, I went to change my rear brakes and when I messed up by buying the wrong fit they got me the right parts and installed it at a great price which cancelled out my costly mistake. (For reference)I went to a different shop for a quote on installing my brakes to do my homework and they wanted to charge me 500$ I went a third time for my inspection and it was fast and easy. Carol lets me know when I can expect to come in and represents the business with grace and professionalism. Driving a BMW people want to over charge you but at Thomas auto they are FAIR and give you the value of a high end shop. I am a customer for life and only trust them.

I recently had my oil changed at Thomas Auto Repair shop, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Jonathan took excellent care of me, and honestly, the entire team was fantastic. Even the owner was incredibly friendly and approachable. Everyone was genuinely helpful. The oil change was done perfectly and professionally, and the shop itself was spotless. They even have a comfortable rest area where you can relax while you wait. The price was also incredibly reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was the welcoming atmosphere; everyone was eager to answer my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and friendly automotive service. 5/5 stars! Update after a year went there today and changed oil and did registration everything smooth same great service very welcomed people professional and clean. Also honest people☝🏻👏🏼

Frank is an excellent mechanic and owner who can diagnose problems just by listening and looking at the vehicle. Great service, super knowledgeable, fast , professional and reliable. Will highly recommend and use in the future.

Great place !The lady at the desk Carol is very helpful, the owner and mechanics are all very knowledgeable. My car has had a bunch of issues lately and they helped me get it all sorted for a very reasonable price.
