Tesla Approved Body Shop - Certified Collision Center

It’s rare for someone as picky as me to leave a review like this. Every time I book a service with Tesla, I usually have to wait for weeks. But this service center, despite having a long history, managed to fix my Tesla’s trunk issue and replace the lower control arm in just one day—literally the next day after I brought it in. That was about two months ago. Today, I went back again to replace the brake discs, and once again, they were ready to get the job done within a day. Unfortunately, I brought the wrong parts, so it couldn’t be completed today—but they didn’t charge me a single dollar. On top of that, they were incredibly kind and showed a completely different level of care for their customers. Tesla owners, you should definitely come here—you’ll be amazed by how fast and precise their service is!

It’s a long story. My car had shitty situations. I was almost giving up. But Paul is the best. It’s worth of giving him some time for the better solution. He or his family wouldn’t disappoint you at all.

Had the car inspected after multiple error message after a pot hole. No issues were found and no charge. Wouldn’t even accept a tip. This shop is honest would do business here again if I’m in town with another mishap

Paul at Petrone body shop his team were fantastic. Great Service -and timing was perfect he helped me do my insurance claim and helped me with my rental from enterprise. They made my Tesla look brand new and the quality is better than when i first got the car i recommend them 10/10
