I came here one day because I had a feeling they were an honest place and met the manager, Nick. He told me he could service my previously-owned Mercedes-Benz and to schedule an appointment. I did and since then I don’t take my car anywhere else. The owner, Sharon, is also very nice. I have referred family here and Nick always takes care of them. I highly recommend Ten Point Auto. They are honest, communicative, transparent and do quality work.

Love having an independent shop like this within walking distance. Called yesterday to make an appointment, dropped the car off this morning, and walked home. They called about an hour and a half later stating the work was done and my car was ready to be picked up. I’ve used their services before in the past and will continue to do so. Fair prices, prompt and courteous staff, and super convenient location.

My family and I have been coming here for years and have never been let down. In fact, it’s been the exact opposite. The service is far beyond any expectations one can expect from a mechanic shop. We’ve brought over 5 different cars over the years and all have been diagnosed and fixed appropriately and fairly. The owners and team are very diligent in their work and are honest about what is needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would recommend to all to come to Ten Point Auto.

Fantastic Service! I pulled in to evaluate a low tire pressure on my car that I noticed after I parked my car. The staff was so helpful, even late in the day when it appeared they were close to closing. I was greeted by Nick who diagnosed the puncture caused by a nail that was evident and explained what needed to be done . The entire repair took no time and priced reasonable. They also checked my other tires and topped off the air at no extra charge taking time and care even though they were soon closing. I Would highly recommend for fast and honest service.

Have been going to Ten Point for over 20 years. Same ownership. The team is fair and honest. Had everything from a light bulb changed to a new engine. The work has always been done timely and accurate. Now my family also uses Ten Point!!
