A great loss for Mercedes but a definite gain for VW and a great asset to Teddy VW…a solid decision for the service department by the managing staff. Regardless of the combative attitude and untimely mistakes made by some of the (both global & local) staff members, Tommy was aces and came through for us last minute and made it happen. If it hadn’t been for him, we’d have lost the whole day or more and be stuck wondering if or when we’d get any updated communication eventhough we’ve already had an appointment setup from the day before. A real responsible and take charge manager who’s also personable and dependable.

Carlos was extremely helpful for me when i went in to get my car serviced he made sure i was being taken care of and comfortable while waiting. He took care of everything that needed to be taken care of with good timing as well.!!!!!

Great place to buy parts reasonable prices and friendly staff

This is the worst Volkswagen official service center I've ever been to. They don't fix things I ask them to fix, and they make fun of me by saying things that don't need to be fixed. I asked them to fix only the items covered by the warranty, and they told me to just leave the car there. When I didn't hear from them for ten days, I asked them about it and they gave me the astonishing answer that they never opened the hood once. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ You shameless bastards. You should have just told them from the beginning that you don't want to fix yours since you should fix it for free. Just take me somewhere else. Do you think they'd fix it if I spent $900 on brake pads that I didn't need? I went to another service center and they fixed it in two days. This place has the worst sales practices. Even if I had a million dollars to throw away on the street, I would never spend it on you guys.
