I've been going to teddy's for years! The prices and the work done meets or exceeds my expectations every time. They are trustworthy and always upfront with the cost of repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Solid establishment. I’ve been here plenty of times for different reasons. Greg & Melo, great mechanics, even better human beings. They listen. They troubleshoot effectively. Greg has accompanied me on a couple of test drives to determine certain issues and of course, corrected them in a timely fashion. Melo seamlessly mounted my mirror cover after informing me that it wasn’t the correct one but he’d made it work. To this day, I still forget it wasn’t the correct one. You really wouldn’t be able to tell. It’s easy to find a dishonest mechanic in NYC. These guys have never let me down. Give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed! - Mike w/ the Corolla 😄

Great service from Greg and Melo! They gave an appointment and stuck to the work and service. Completed the job in a timely manner. They were reasonable and shared exactly what they were going to work on! It's hard to find great Auto repair shops that won't suck every dime out of you! I will be back and telling my family and friends too!

My car wouldn't start. I called them up and they called a tow truck for me and fixed my issue same day at a good price. Very friendly staff. 100% recommend!

The price for the oil change wasn't terrible for a bmw x1. And they were very friendly and seemingly accommodating. However they stripped one of my lugnuts so I wasn't given a proper tire rotation and when I was driving my vehicle the tires weren't balanced so it was a super wobbly ride. When I took my vehicle to the tire shop the following day to get my tires balanced and properly rotated they found a screw in my tire which I'm almost positive came from teddy's because it wasn't there before I took the vehicle there. I also made sure they were aware that I needed my vehicle by 1pm as I had to drive to work. I arrive at 1:15 and my vehicle was still up on the lift with 3 tired off. I didn't get my vehicle until almost 1:45. Give yourself ample time if you plan on having them do any work on your vehicle.. also prepare to go to someone else to have the job completed.
