This company is completely Disrespectful . I called and got hung up on. At which point I called back. I wanted to arrange a pickup for my wife several times a week due to the extreme prices via Uber going inter borough I was disrespected I was treated unfairly I asked to speak to a manager or an owner and I was told no one was there right now and then someone in the background began laughing which I then completely blew my lid. I had made 6 additional calls for I had time today that I wasn’t looking for a cab I wanted to hire them as a service and you play games put me on hold and hang up on me? I’m reporting to better business bureau and to TLC be careful how you treat customers potential clients you never know how far they will go to praise you or stop you unjust business practices.

My driver was David. He showed up a little before the time which was great. He got us to JFK safely and it was a smooth ride. I will be using this company for my taxi service.

Terrible dispatcher, Guy named Santo Domingo. I called for a cab at my job. He tells me yes 15min, I tell him I'll wait. Only to realize I waited for nothing due to the dispatcher telling me they have no cars in the area, an that's after the 15min passed I had to call back to see how close the cab is only to tell me that. I told him why not even give me a courtesy call an stop wasting time. Like a true narcissist only to not apologize, an that he didn't care if I complained to his boss. Save yourself a horrible experience call other cab service like la Raza, thank God they always come through

All trains in and out of queens stopped at a train station in the area leaving my younger sister stranded, so I called this company to bring her home (since uber and Lyft surge prices were out of control), the person who answered gave me a wait time of 10-15 minutes. After 25 mins of waiting, called them to see where they may be to where I get an answer of “idk maybe 10-20 more minutes”, to where he proceeded to literally just hang up on me. I have no idea why people are unnecessarily rude. I ended up just paying for an overpriced Uber.
