Tailor Made Motors is my go to mechanic for any of my auto needs. Alin Is a friend of mine that I got to know through the community and through my business in the area. He always assesses all of our vehicles from the perspective of being the most cost-effective while making sure the car is safe and functional. I trust him with all of our vehicles, which includes my Mercedes, my wife’s car, my cousin’s Toyota Sienna and my brother-in-law’s SUV. Top quality, service, professionalism, never looking to screw you over with prices, but always looking to get you the best deal, and always accurately diagnosis whatever issue my vehicle has. Alin, Brian, And the rest of the staff at the shop do a great job. This should be your go to mechanic in all of Queens!

These frauds had me pay for 3 faulty engines, more than 8k total in price. Illegally parked my car resulting in it getting a boot placed on, which they removed on their own without my knowledge or consent. They returned the car back to me without letting me know of the boot, now my car has been towed and i owe another 2k to get it back. These people are incompetent, rude, and thieves.

I had nothing short of an excellent service and time at tailor made motors . The staff was extremely helpful and quick in assisting me with my repairs . Besides being patient they were also very helpful in helping me to understand what exactly was wrong with my car and fixing it . I would recommend them for all your automobile needs .

DO NOT COME HERE. Had my engine replaced 3 times at $2k each, just for the engine to be faulty all 3 times. My car was also booted while in their custody, which they did not inform me of. They removed it themselves and returned it to me without mention of the boot, resulting in my car being towed and fined another $2k just to get it back. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
