This ride service is incredibly reliable and easy to book. I particularly appreciate the classic call-and-car-arrival method, which is simply not available with Uber. Instead, you get to speak to real people. Each driver has a unique personality, and I’ve had some great experiences with them. Thanks for the ride!

Garbage service. Gave the driver the wrong address (after I said it correctly twice) and waited over 20 mins. He got a nasty attitude then when I called back to see if the new driver was coming, he hung up in my face and never sent the driver. Been going here for ever since Mindy, these new guys suck and ruined the whole business with their disgusting attitudes and have the audacity to raise prices for slower and worse service. Called for a cab estimate to the Bronx, (just to be put on hold), then the guy who answered the phone said $140 to the Bronx without getting the address where I was or where I was going, (but, he had a price). Boy bye.

This is by far the best car service in Rockaway. Fast and professional service hands down.

I recently used a car service Surf Car Systems Cervices for a ride from Far Rockaway to Bethlehem and back. The driver, Eugene, was on time, professional, and drove safely. The car was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend them.
