Super Car Wash & Quick Lube

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a car wash. I paid $50 for a detailed cleaning, yet my car was still dirty ESPECIALLY my BABY’s CAR SEAT, which was completely neglected. When I tried to address the issue, the owner was extremely arrogant and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. It’s clear they care more about taking money than providing quality service. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went during one of the coldest nights. This is one of the cheaper options in the area that offers these packages. For the most part I was pleased with what I got with this package. They offer other services like an oil change but I only went for a car wash.

I literally watched them vacuum my car and wipe down the seats and dashboard. It was like they deliberately avoided the crumbs and dirt! They have 5 guys working on one car at a time and still leave it this dirty! Unbelievable.

Fair service. But after my last oil change, one mechanic tried to convince me that my V6 VTEC engine doesn’t sound as loud and sporty anymore cause I was currently running on a spare tire. See, that kind of nonsense gets any car enthusiast livid. Lol.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought my truck here to be detailed and I received it back dirty than when I left it. They damaged the entire passenger side with a scratch from pulling through their bays. Wrappers from someone eating a snack was left on the driver seat as well. The owner is also extremely rude to customers and staff. He regularly comes in with attitude problems as the staff stated when he left the room.
