Don’t use these folks. They get 2 stars for being decent folks who seem to care. But after they get that insurance settlement, ehhh. Their work is bad, painting is horrible, new scratch on a new installed door, my emblem on the side didn’t come out right.. Mechanics on site have an attitude all the time. Was in an accident where a tractor trailer destroyed the drivers side from back to front and from a far the car looks decent, but when you really take a good look, they just slapped all the new pieces together with very little care. Again, the lady at the front desk and the tow truck that picked us up weee decent ppl, but the folks actually working on the car negative stars. Trash!

My coworker & Resident recommended Streets automotive. I delt with Gee and his wife Kayla. They werw very attentive and detailed oriented. Great customer service. They dropped off my car to me in Queens. Im definitely recommending to friends & family.

In a time of EXTREME stress, the Street's Automotive Crew were BEYOND amazing. Both our kids were in an accident going South on Cross Bronx Expressway 1 mile before Throgs Neck Bridge, left lane where the impact (30-40 mph) in adverse weather rendering their car unmovable. Despite 3+ calls & over 60 minutes no Police showed up to assist in their dire situation BUT Street's Automotive showed up, provided their qualifications as certified towing for that road. MOST importantly Street's driver calmed down & reassured our kids, brought them to safety & waited for us to arrive on scene. Street's Automotive continued their excellence in both technical & emotional support throughout the entire situation that horrible night & afterwards advising us on the proper procedures to "total" a car. Their unwavering competence and thoughtfulness made a terrible situation easy to deal with as customers. We didn't choose them, but would do so & recommend them wholeheartedly at any future time.
