Outstanding service from initial call to the day I picked up my car. Steve was informative and proactive with repair updates, ladies upfront were dolls handled the rental car so when I got there to drop off minimal wait time for any of the process and day of return took less than 10 minutes to leave with my car. During a recent wind storm, a shopping cart slammed into my 1 month old BMW X5 causing a crease in the rear door and also scratched the paint. Steve gave me a reasoinable estimate. The work was done extremely well. Very pleased with Steve's professionalism and the excellent work performed by Straightline. You cant tell where the damage was and the paint matched perfectly.
