3 Stars because the mechanic who worked on my car disabled and unplugged my dashcam without fixing it back or without warning. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Chris Schwartz, who listened and agreed that he will address this.

Hi, this AM i took my 2012 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x for oil change and tire rotation. When i got home i checked the oil level, it was good but they didn't rotate the tires. I paid $50 for the service. This is not acceptable. I will blame on the service manager not on top of it. Over the years the service getting worse and worse. I don't think i will go back there.

Waited 3 hours for an inspection. Never again. Update: never got the inspection. Jerry kept on telling me another 5-10 minutes for 30 minutes. Got my car back with no Inspection. Waste of time. Felt like my day was robbed.
