Jerry provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the work that was needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed correctly and on time. The service experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I truly appreciate Jerry’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Jerry and the Nissan Service Center for anyone looking for reliable and exceptional service. Five stars!

I had an outstanding experience at the Nissan Service Center thanks to Jerry Calderon. Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He made sure I understood exactly what service my vehicle needed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his honesty and great customer service. He made the whole experience smooth, fast, and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about making sure customers are taken care of. If you’re going to the Nissan Service Center, I highly recommend asking for Jerry Calderon. He represents the dealership with professionalism and excellent service. Thank you again, Jerry!

3 Stars because the mechanic who worked on my car disabled and unplugged my dashcam without fixing it back or without warning. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Chris Schwartz, who listened and agreed that he will address this.

Hi, this AM i took my 2012 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x for oil change and tire rotation. When i got home i checked the oil level, it was good but they didn't rotate the tires. I paid $50 for the service. This is not acceptable. I will blame on the service manager not on top of it. Over the years the service getting worse and worse. I don't think i will go back there.

Waited 3 hours for an inspection. Never again. Update: never got the inspection. Jerry kept on telling me another 5-10 minutes for 30 minutes. Got my car back with no Inspection. Waste of time. Felt like my day was robbed.
