I think this is my first review ever.My knowledge on card are very limited, I did an oiled changed and everything leaked from the bottom , it was not close properly . My engine could have been burn if it wasn’t for the panel signal on my car . Anyways customer service is the worst as they just offer me a free oiled change next time and II’m never going back do services with your guys. I should have get my money back which they deny . I give it 0 stars

Great Shop. Job was done properly. Great staff, knowledgeable, polite. Breaks and rotors change fast. Gave me a good recommendation for a tire shop.

Extremely happy with the work the guys at Star Motors did on my car. Very professional people. They show you what they removed afterwards, and explain thoroughly what was done. Pricing was reasonable when compared to other auto shops in Queens. 100% recommend their service.

Brought my car in before they were closing one night and since I live in the neighborhood I left it overnight. It was promptly ready the next day and with a free oil change on top of everything else. Look no further if you want quality service. 5/5
