Best service. Jenny made a same day service appointment for my 2020 Gladiator with an intermittent check engine light . Diagnosis Drove to Star Jeep at 4:45 pm Wednesday Within 30 seconds of pulling into the service drive way. Wireless obd read the codes. With in 3 minutes Jenny pulled up the codes and said the there would be a 24-48 turn around for further diagnosis and repair. She stated the codes are related to the emissions system and was covered by my Jeep Basic factory warrantee ! Speed of repair Catalytic Converter was ordered on Thursday received on Friday. Due to an impending snow storm I asked Jenny if she could expedite the repair for me since I am a physician and needed the 4 wheel drive Gladiator to travel to work. She talked to her mechanics and they performed the installation of the catalytic converter in less than 3 hours ! Picked up the Gladiator at 4:45 pm Less than 48 hour turn around from diagnosis to repair and all for FREE ! Thanks Jenny and your team for all your help.

Great service but took too long to repair my car almost 1 month

Don’t waste your time.Go somewhere else.Very rude people .I did appointment and when I arrived they said that I’m not on the list but even I would it takes them all day to change the oil.take my advice go somewhere else.
