I left my car here over the weekend and when I came to pick it up, my battery was dead and the car would not start. they were kind enough to jumpstart my car but it wasn’t jumpstarting at first. they told me the issue was bigger than the battery. the vehicle was under their possession, when it was left there it was working perfectly fine, i’ve never had any issues with the car and it is extremely well maintained. I have always taken it to the dealer and it’s a certified vehicle. when i asked them what i’m supposed to do they said that they “weren’t mechanics.” I asked for their manager or supervisors name and they failed to provide me with the information. they also did not want to take any responsibility for my car not turning on… i asked if someone left the lights on and they said they didn’t know….? you’re way better off parking somewhere else where your car is in good hands!!!!!!!

I've been a monthly parker at this garage for over three years. Sam and the whole team take and provide your car quickly, and care for your car responsibly. They've helped me reattach my new license plate and registration stickers, they have rinsed the car when it's been dirty, and have been able to pull my vehicle out on very short notice when necessary. They're also great people. Strongly recommended, particularly due to the risks of street parking in the area.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, but decided to give this place a chance as our experience has never been bad at this place. We've used it since 2009 as a once in a while need and have never been turned away at any time of day or night. This year, I wanted to park my car for 6 weeks and called in advance to find out if they had room. Very friendly conversation with Sam who said it should not be a problem for the dates I was looking for. I got there the day after what I had mentioned and had no issue getting the attendant to give me a spot number and the price I was expecting after my conversation on the phone. I did not have the cash on me, and he let me come back the next day to bring it to him. I've never had anyone be rude to me there. They've gone back and forth with accepting cards or not, it's pretty normal for a small business in NYC. This is not an automated system, which means you have to plan in advance when you need your car. I am able to text the manager/owner Sam, and I get a response to confirm. My car is not always ready when I get there, but I give myself and them room to allow for it. If you feel entitled to have your car ready at your fingertips when you want it even if you are late, this may not be the place for you. If you want a reasonably priced, safe and friendly garage, it is. I highly recommend them.

Do not park here. I showed up with a reservation and was turned away. They said the lot was full. So what’s the point of a reservation???

This place is a rip off don’t go there, I bought tickets online when I go to park they told me I had to pay extra for my car saying it’s oversized. I have a 2023 Kia sportage is a 4 door regular car. Total ripoff.
