This car company is the worst taxi service people please don't travel with this company the driver treats the passengers like shit and the on the phone all the time miss reach in a accident 3 times b4 I reach my location car number # 73 thanks

The driver number 60 over charged me I asked him to call the base to find out how much was the price being that I have taken cabs from this stand a few times an already knew what the price was he refused and started being loud and disrespectful and calling me out my name pulls over tries to pull me out I get out and then he proceeds to pull and push me . And this not the first time he has done this according to the boss very bad for business. Horrible service then the dispatch tells me next time to just keep quiet horrible horrible. Don’t waste your time call a different cab 💯

This is the WORST cab station. The female dispatcher is rude and disrespectful. She will yell you the cab is coming now and the cab will be over 10 minutes late. I have even walked up and into the cab stand to get a car and she does the same thing. In person she is even more rude than in the phone. I guess she is upset that she is growing older and only still working as a car dispatcher....I would be upset too. Needless to say...I will not use this service again. it is a shame our people mistreat us causing us not to support black businesses!

The cabs was always smelling like weed when I go to work. You can see the weed packets to roll in up beside the drivers in front. I chose to mind my business and not say anything because they were always on time and got me to work until One day I called to go to work again and a lady answered. It’s normally a guy would answer but she proceeded to tell me that because the Avenue I’m going to is no longer fresh meadows and it’s flushing that I have to pay $30. Mind you I’ve been always paying $15!!!! Yeah I must be boo-boo the fool!

Great customer service and the cab driver was very professional
