What a great body shop ! Matt communicated every step of the way, sent pictures and even found a body kit for me while I was out of the country. My car came out perfect, looks show room ready :) I would totally trust bringing your car here.

This has to be one of the best auto shops ! They kept me updated even through the storm and they were able to get my car parts in on time and I got my car back brand new! Definitely recommended! Shoutout to Matt for having open communication and fixing my car! 🙏🏾

I cannot say enough about this auto body & tow truck company! I was stranded on a major highway in the middle of the night, feeling stressed and unsafe. The owner arrived quickly, handled everything with complete professionalism, and was unbelievably kindhearted. He not only made sure I was safe, but he also refused any compensation for the service. In a world where genuine compassion can be rare, he and his staff truly went above and beyond to help me. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone in need—they are a true blessing on the road.

After discovering my car had been damaged overnight, I was initially panicked. A friend recommended Split Second, so I gave them a call. Matt answered promptly and scheduled an appointment for me right away. When I arrived, he thoroughly explained all of my options, making everything easy to understand. Matt’s professionalism and clear communication immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and was always available to answer my calls, making me feel like the shop’s top priority. The turnaround on the repairs was quick, and the quality of the work was outstanding—it’s like the damage never happened. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Honestly, when I was rear ended on my way home from work, I was furious but thankful to not be injured. However, My car was in rough shape. When split second showed up, they were informative & empathetic to my situation. They towed my car to their shop and even drove me home. And I live far !! Matt stayed in communication with me and really helped me out through the whole ordeal. They gave me a 3 week window and when I saw my car again it looked even better than when I bought it. Hoping I don’t , but if I ever get into an accident again I’m going straight to split second. Thanks guys!
