Had a stressful accident in NYC, and to make it worse, the police didn't even show up at the scene. I was completely lost until Darrin from Speed Auto Collision arrived. He was an absolute lifesaver! He not only took over the entire process—paperwork, insurance, towing—but he also went out of his way to thoroughly photograph the other driver's vehicle, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to his thoroughness, he made sure the other driver was found 100% at fault, and I ended up getting excellent compensation for my car.
