If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst cab service I've ever encountered. The first time I called, they hung up on me without saying a word. When I finally got through the second time and asked about the fare, to see how much it was. They kept changing the price to a higher amount and had a disgusting attitude. They told me '10 minutes' and hung up before I could even respond or confirm the ride. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

cab service is an absolute joke, didn’t call upon arrival, didn’t notify they were making ANOTHER damn pickup. I went from being early to work by 15 min to being 10 min late because I wasn’t told there was a random gas station pickup. Like what the hell! when I called the operator back to ask where the cab was prior( because he didn’t notify the cab was waiting, poor cab driver) the man who took the call originally caught an attitude and once I caught one back his voice lowered a bit. Like sir, if you did your job correctly, you wouldn’t be so freaking miserable. The operator also was arguing so nastily with another cab driver so loudly that my cab driver had to lower the radio from it. Idk who owns this now or manages it but they’re very unprofessional. This is very much a last resort type of cab company. They expect their drivers to operate like robots and the patrons to pay FULL FARE for the additional stops they make their drivers take. Horrible.

Speed is the worst car service on Staten Island, guy picked me up in a black Lincoln that was definitely not safe for the streets & on top of that the driver didn't even know how to drive....

Wonderful reliable car service!! And much cheaper than Uber!! I called last minute, today, Monday, December 30th, 6:30 in the morning to go to Newark airport. They said they would be here in 10 minutes and they were!! Thank you Speed!

Terrible customer service. I’m all for using a local company over uber or Lyft, however, after this experience never again. I booked a car to pick me up for a flight out of Newark. I gave myself plenty of time to get the airport. The driver was over 30 minutes late. I called multiple times for an ETA and was told he was on the block (he was not).The driver lied about his location numerous times. The car reeked of smoke. The driver drove with the windows down in a poor attempt to air out the car, it was 20 degrees out. I was late to the airport nearly missing my flight. I called the office to speak with the manager and was told he would call me back, was assured he was very upset with the driver. Two weeks later no call back.
