Originally, I brought my car for an appointment at another location. My car sat for a week, while I paid out of pocket for a rental, was unable to get anyone on the phone, and was never updated. After several days I finally went to pick up the car and was told, “sorry, we didn’t get to it”. I brought my car here to south side auto, it was diagnosed by the afternoon, warranty claim was processed that same afternoon. Paul explained everything and kept me updated constantly.
