Sonny's was recommended to me by my bf, he said they do every good work, so Sonny's took my car in the next morning. I'm so glad I went to Sonny's, they did a PHENOMENAL job with my car!! For context, back in May 2026, I got side swiped getting on the Belt Parkway by a lady who cut me off (caught her on my dash cam, front and back video, I recommend EVERYONE invest in one, your car insurance will thank you). I've had my car for 10 months and it's a lease, so I try and take very good care of my car. Paul took care of me, we contacted both mine and the other party's insurance companies (because of course she didn't report it and she was begging me not to as well....yea ok 🙄), told me exactly what repairs were going to be done with my car, and kept in contact with me and answered any questions I had. I picked my car up today, and it looks like how it looked when I drove it off the lot when I bought it! They cleaned the interior and exterior, the belongings I had in my car, they put in one of my bags and tied it up neatly, and they left some nice gifts in the car!! I happened to be go there around lunch time every time I had to go, and they always offered me food (the food DID look good 🤣), they give you water, and they have some of my favorite candy on deck by the window lol. The repairs took 3 weeks, and if you need a rental, there's an Enterprise about a mile away and they'll shuttle you to and from the body shop. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend Sonny's to anyone needing body work on their vehicles! They'll treat you AND your car with care!

More of a 3.5/5 Was very pleased with the initial process. They will try to fight with insurance as much as possible and get you the best possible outcome. However, it’s the repair process that needs some improvement. They stand by their work and aim for “perfection”. This is what I thought I would be receiving considering the time my car spent in the shop. After waiting a couple weeks, I received the car back and noticed some imperfections. The side which needed repair shows visible signs of a bad paint job. Also, I received my car back with a slightly scuffed mirror which I know for a fact was not like that upon arrival. Overall, good experience but maybe the technicians need some improvement. Thank you for the service!

Sonny’s is the best place to get your car fixed. I just picked up my car and it’s fixed perfectly like brand new. This is the seconds time that I have used them to get my car fixed. I will continue to use them if needed. They are courtesy professional friendly and make you feel comfortable working with them. They made the whole process of filing my claim to pickup easy. My car was keyed on the driver side and was side swiped on the passenger side front to back also a big dent by passenger side front tire (no before pics)but you can see looks like the car was never damaged. They plus they fixed other minor’s scratches and dents BEST AUTO COLLISION SHOP !!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Pat and Rob are great to deal with. Thank you guys!!!

Every step felt organized and transparent. They did not ask us to pay anything upfront for the tow. They told us exactly when Pete the tow driver would arrive, and he showed up right on time. Once the car arrived at the shop, the communication was outstanding. Rob, Pat, and Jimmy kept us updated consistently throughout the entire repair process. We received regular phone calls, clear explanations, and honest timelines. They told us the repair would take about 30 days, and it took exactly that long. No surprises. No excuses. When we picked up the car, we were blown away. The attention to detail was incredible. The car looked flawless, and they even added thoughtful branded touches and goodies that made the experience feel premium. This was actually the second accident my dad’s car has been in, and we truly wish we had known about Sonny’s the first time.
