Slatch was able to fit me in last minute and replace my tire after it popped on the side of the road. They were so incredibly kind and had AMAZING communication while I was waiting for a tow. Genuinely incredible service and incredible people, I cannot recommend them enough. They were a very bright spot on a very unlucky day, and I am immensely grateful to both Slatch and the universe for letting me break down so close to them.

While visiting NYC my transmission died. I didn't know any mechanics in NYC. My roadside assistance towed me to Slatch's shop and so I was just going of blind faith and trust in his work. What a divine blessing this ended up being, as from the very start Slatch was incredibly friendly, upfront, and communicative. Slatch was honest, fair and quick to respond along the way. He took very good care of my vehicle, going above and beyond. I had my vehicle back in one week and it's now driving smoother than I've ever experienced. Prices at least 25% lower than all nearby auto shops. I have been a Queens native my whole life and have been going to Slatch Auto for the last 15 years. Top class service and quick turn around.

Tesla body work done right and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and doesn’t the job right, not cheap. Get it done at slatch auto!

Found this shop through my warranty. Came in to fix my moonroof, owner took advantage of my warranty by overcharging them. Whilst under his care they severely damaged my interior. Owner replied saying “ drop off your car let me take a look”. Find another shop. $280ph for labor is a scam.
