The worst service ever, the drivers refuse to get the passengers who live more than 5 miles from the airport, our flight was canceled and they won’t take us with our voucher because we live further than 5 miles away from the airport, it’s cold outside and we had to wait for more than 40 minutes because no one wanted to take us. Those are 3 drivers who was available but won’t accept us.

Horrible customer service and ride experience. Don't be surprised if you get crammed into a tiny car or get yelled at by the manager over rescheduling a pickup after the airline further delays your already delayed flight in the early AM.

Unprofessional and not communicative. Attempted to use the service provided by the airline and due to cancelled flight. Was quoted 15 minutes to leave JFK. Had to call several times to check the status and was finally picked up over an hour later. Scheduled a pick up from the hotel to return to JFK at 6am for an 11am pick up. The car never showed when we called to check the status was quoted 20 minutes again. Was told we’d receive a call from the driver which we never did. Attempted to call and no one answered. 45 minutes after our pre scheduled pick up, we are calling an Uber. Good luck if you’re using them for a flight.

Even if you’re using this car service because you got a voucher from AA you’re probably better off not even bothering. I waited for an hour for a car to pick me up from the airport to take me home after my flight was delayed 24 hours. I then booked a car to pick me up the following day at 2 pm to take me back to the airport and at 2pm I receive a call that the driver is 25 minutes away. When I call the dispatcher he was completely unsurprised and unapologetic and suggested I should have allowed for additional buffer because there’s traffic. This car service operating in NYC for allegedly over 25 years hasn’t figured out how to account for traffic and show up on time - the basics of a car service - and then are rude to their customers about it. Save yourself the stress and frustration and avoid at all costs.

My recent experience with Skyway for airport transportation was a complete nightmare. Here's why I wouldn't recommend them: Unprofessional Staff: The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. He wouldn't listen to my concerns and offered no solutions. Significant Delays: My pick-up was scheduled for 7:00 am, but the driver didn't arrive until 8:45 am. This caused major stress. Disorganized Operation: Skyway advertised pick-up based on room numbers. However, upon arrival, the process was chaotic. There were far more passengers with room number assignments than there was space on the shuttle. If you're looking for a reliable and professional airport transportation company, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
