Have been waiting for this guy for a tow truck from Audi Roadside assistance. Hasn't come! I literally love less than 20minutes from this guy. If I could give him zero stars I would. NEVER picks up the phone. Audi needs to sever whatever contract they have with this guy

Beware of this company if you’re having your vehicle towed by them! I called my insurance company to have my car towed home, the tow truck driver named Ethan came by and stated he was the business owner. The car was left at their shop for 3 days. I called over 50 times from different numbers no one ever picked up. I had Progressive calling them and they had the same issue. When the insurance company finally got a hold of them and were instructed to get the vehicle to the correct location. They took 8 hours to have the vehicle towed home and they also charged a storage fee. Worst service ever.

Guys first of all I really recommend to avoid this shop. Regardless of repairing service, they will never answer your call and if you have a chance to talk with them you will realize their customer service is very unpoliteful, rude, and very stressful. As a person who wasted more than 10 hours with them, there service, repairs, and every kind of manners are very uneducated. Its not cheap or fast either. If you follow my recommendation I am pretty sure you will save a lot of time and money whether than making them work with your things. Just go another service it will save your time and mental health. This is very unfortunate and embarrassing that there is such a mechanic and vehicle shop here in NY Queens.

The worst experience ever. Waited for 3 hours only to have Luis arrive with the wrong tow truck - needed a low profile to enter underground garage - confronting me that he could start the car. That never happened then had my road side service call them back for the correct tow truck at $1300!!! What?!? Wow!!’

I was starting to question wether we would get our car on time because it was just a ton of work the shop had to do but they pulled through. These guys were able to get me and my family back on the road. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because it took longer than originally expected but these guys pulled through amazingly. Thanks!
