Spent a total of $6,000 on the transmission and had it fixed 3 times back to back by this place. and they kept blaming me. they were paid to do other general mechanic work and maintenance work, but never completed it. i originally thought they were competent people and honest people but i see that this isnt necessarily the case.

I will take my car elsewhere! I set up an appointment with these people a week ago to get my transmission rebuild! There Tow truck guy set up an appointment with me yesterday and said he will come pick up my ford Expedition today at 10 this morning, 10 o’clock went by! Nothing! Then he told my daughter’s father that he will come at 11 because he was picking up some other car! 11oclock went by and not even a call back! So I called the shop and told the receptionist if she can call their tow truck guy because my car was scheduled to get picked up today! She claimed she was going to call him and called me back! Never received a call from the receptionist nor their tow truck guy!!! Unprofessional service they provided! I will take my business to NY Transmission and get my service there with Freddie.
