Silver Point car care center

I recently visited Silver Point Car Care Center for an oil change and NYS inspection, and once again the service was excellent. From the mechanics to the cashiers, everyone is professional, friendly, and welcoming. The cashier always greets customers with a smile, creating a positive experience from the moment you arrive. Even when they are busy, the staff remains courteous, respectful, and attentive. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained. The pricing is fair and appropriate for the work being performed, and the quality of service is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable place for vehicle maintenance, inspections, or repairs, I highly recommend Silver Point Car Care Center.

My experience with the Silver car wash has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite being a loyal member, I've had to voice my concerns multiple times about the poor interior cleaning. The staff seems to be in a hurry, resulting in a trail of crumbs, stains, and unvacuumed areas. The dashboard is often overlooked, and the windows are merely sprayed. I find it appalling that they expect a tip for such a half hearted effort. The owner's apparent lack of interest in providing quality service has led me to explore other options in the area. The condition of my trunk is absolutely ridiculous. Despite paying for a cleaning service, it's still a mess crumbs and coffee stains are everywhere, and it's clear that no effort was made to clean it. This is unacceptable.

Terrible service, horrible staff. Paid for “Gold Wash” and was about to pull off without any shine on tires, car was still dripping of water and the interior all they did was vacuum. I had to ask for a rag myself and dry off my car. They have a supervisor watching the carwash section of the business and he is clueless. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were free. My car dash was also untouched.

After washing my car here, I have found nails in my tires multiple times. This is not a one-time or accidental issue. I encourage other customers to assess the potential risk for themselves, and I hope the management takes the safety of the premises seriously and conducts a thorough inspection and cleanup.

While the front-desk staff at this establishment are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the experience with the actual cleaning crew leaves a lot to be desired. I pay a monthly membership fee with the expectation of consistent, high-quality service, but out of every five washes, I find myself having to request that they properly reclean my vehicle three times due to poor quality. There is often a lack of attention to vacuuming the interior and wiping down the panels, seats, and console, with a quick cleaning of the windows being the only attention given. The only reason I continue to use the service is the convenience of its location near my home.
