I’ve never dropped a review for anything… I always keep my opinions to myself, but trying to find a trustworthy honest mechanic is difficult. If you’re reading this and considering Shawn for any work, do it. I’ve dealt with my fair share of mechanics and Shawn is easily the best. Respectful, efficient, and affordable. I’ll be going to him for now on for ANY car issues I have and I’ll be recommending him to anyone that asks me for mechanic recommendations.

Shawn is so professional he’s one of a kind I love his attitude you could tell he’s very passionate about his job. he’s very knowledgeable and he will fix your car and get you back on the road ASAP . My Ford edge the belt snapped and the following day he fixed it right away. and he’s very good with the prices. I recommend him to anybody and everybody. Thank you shawn

Shawn showed up, knew exactly what he was doing. Worked with the precision of a surgeon. Will definitely be calling him soon. if anybody who who is very happy with Shawn and plans on calling him back good luck to you Shawn has done a couple of jobs on my car and my wife's car. We highly regard him as a great mechanic at one point he stopped answering his phones didn't reply to text messages. We've never had a problem. Everything he ever did was perfect. There was never a money discrepancy whatever he wants I was very happy to pay him or even more most of the time when he said give me whatever you want. I'm sure I gave him more than what he would've asked for when Shawn says he has a phone problem. He is not telling you the truth he don't answer his phone. I was obsessed with getting in touch with him. I would call him through three times a week leave a message it's not like his phone was fallen. You couldn't leave a message. I said if you do not want to do any work for me or if I did something to offend you just please let me know which he did not have the decency to ever do up until today at one point I thought he was sick or was not able to work and got in touch with the shop that he works out of I believe on Farragut Road. They said no Shawn is around will give him a message which I've called two or three times so again, not taking away his ability as a mechanic. His customer service is disgusting. He does not treat people the way he should specially people who true damn well I never had a problem with his not showing up on time or not showing up at all always finished the work that he started man have some decency pick up your phone. Tell people you don't wanna work for them. tell them you're sick. Tell them you're something stop lying about your phone Service. Your phone is always working. Don't give me anything with traffic. You are five minutes from my house. I never saw the other reviews on your tardiness and not showing up but it's a pattern so don't get started with shawn he'll be very happy and you'll never get in touch with him again I will never ever try and get in touch with him again Shawn you are not a nice guy

I wouldn't recommend this mechanic. I spoke to him a couple times to fix my dirt bike clutch, he agreed and never show up and never answered my text or call. He's not a man of his words that's my experience.

Shawn is great! Quick, thorough, convenient, and patient service. I’d recommend him to anyone! I had my catalytic converter stolen recently, and Shawn was able to come to me within 24 hours, diagnose the problem, and help me find the right replacement part online. I’m a somewhat new car owner, so Shawn also taught me a lot about how the part works, etc. A nice, caring guy who knows his stuff and does things quick and at very reasonable prices. Don’t wait in line at some overly busy mechanic shop. Call Shawn!
