The manager is very cultured and responsive, his name is Alla, he helps with questions. 3. Service, printing of documents, Translation of documents, Diplomas, Passport, Birth Certificate, Lawyer documents, Licenses. 4. A notary is an important function, the service is also available. 5. Manager Aunt Alla is a person who understands my mentality and will always tell me how to solve my problem. I'm from Belarus, Minsk. God bless her. 6. Here you can get any notary or stationery services, from regular copies and notary-signed paper to help in filling out immigration applications and affidavits. What's very comfortable is you can get all those services after finishing your work, the main lady boss works till late evening(9-10pm) and can help with many small details.

horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mom ordered translation of 2 documents and was told to come next day to pick them up, she paid $30. Next day, when she came she was told that documents were not ready. She was unpleasantly surprised as she spent 1 hour and a half to get there. So, she asked to return her money. Sales person refused to do that!!!! He was so rude!!!! Yelling at 66 y.o. lady!!!!! My mom cried. She had to call the police to get her money back. But who will compensate emotional trauma!!!!!! She said that was the first time in her life when she was so humiliated!!! My mom has neurological condition. If her health will be affected by this incident, I'll have to sue this Scervice Center. Worst business ever!!!!! Unacceptable customer service!!!! Don't go there if you don't want to be yelled and cursed!!!!

Went there to get my photo taken for the passport services a couple of times. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, suggested pictures retaken if I was not satisfied with it free of charge. Open late.
