Seaside Car Service

Your driver did not stop on the red light at Emmons ave and turned left into E 16th st. I was on zebra crossing Emmons ave. I called you to tell you about the issue but you did not care. I used your service before and I wont again. I am not sure that it is safe to travel in your vehicles.

This place is awful. Why does it even exist? They charge almost twice as much as Uber and Lyft, but the service is nowhere near that level. The cars are in bad condition, and the drivers are very rude. It honestly feels like the 90s in Russia at some sketchy train station in Moscow, like Kiyevsky Station. Avoid this place

Unreliable service. Called dispatcher for a pickup from JFK and was told to wait 20 minutes for a driver’s call back. 35 minutes later, when nobody called, dispatcher said that driver is at the airport and will pick up very soon. 15 minutes later the same dispatcher said that driver is T. 5 and will be very soon at T. 8 where we were waiting for an hour now. 10 more minutes, nobody called, but somehow I noticed the car far away from us (driver just passed us), so I ran to stop him…

“They told me the taxi would be here in 5 minutes. I waited, then was told to come outside with my bags — but no one ever showed up. This company acts as if they have no competition in Brighton and treats customers with complete disrespect. A new taxi service that actually values its customers needs to open here

Good service, fair prices, long hours, you can just walk in to dispatcher's room and they get you into a cab parked outside, very convenient for elderly people who cannot use smartphones or speak English, in that place they speak different languages.
